A nifty little utility for keeping the desktop organized. Set any window to any size and position and make it Remember the settings! Ideal for programs like MMC that keep ignoring the Maximize setting, or MSIE remembering positions of previous pop-unders.

These are actually two programs. The first one, bigger, allows you to edit configuration. The much smaller one is just a "runtime" that processes the configuration and manipulates the windows as needed. In this way, only minimal memory footprint is achieved.
